12. Dispute resolution
Before initiating litigation, users agree to an informal resolution period of 30 days during which Clarivo México and the user will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies in the courts named in the governing law clause.
13. Termination
Clarivo México may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or other lawful reasons with or without notice. Termination does not relieve users of obligations that by their nature survive termination, including indemnification, payment obligations, and limits on liability.
14. Modifications
Clarivo México may modify these terms from time to time. Changes are effective 14 days after posting on the site. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Important changes that materially affect user rights will be announced on the homepage at least 14 days before taking effect.

16. Survival
